Refund & cancellation

Before your first pull request

You may cancel and receive a full refund within 7 days of payment, provided you have not raised your first pull request.

After your first pull request

Once you raise your first pull request, the enrollment is non-refundable. This is because each participant is assigned a unique set of work items that are removed from the pool and cannot be reassigned to others.

If we cancel

If we postpone or cancel your start and cannot offer you another start date, you receive a full refund.

How refunds are made

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method through Razorpay, typically within 5–7 working days of approval.
